Hello and welcome. My name is Jessica, and I’m the heart behind this healing and massage space. Originally from Nelson BC and now based in Kamloops. I’ve been working in the healing arts since graduating from Marvel College in 2010 as a licensed Esthetician and body worker. Over the years I’ve continued to expand my practice with Reiki training and attunements in 2022 with local healer Karen Beck. And most recently, Myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. 

At the core of my work is a genuine desire to help people heal and feel supported. I take a holistic approach addressing the physical body while also honouring the emotional and energetic layers of healing. My intention is to create a safe calming space where you can slow down, ease tension, and feel deeply cared for.
